1. Guts.com general casino bonus terms and conditions:

All offers are limited to one per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account, e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
To claim the welcome bonus or any deposit bonus the player must go to their reward section and select their welcome offer reward card. A minimum deposit of €10 is required to claim any deposit or reload bonus, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Alternatively, you can select the welcome offer reward card in our cashier.
Players that deposit via Neteller, Skrill or Paysafecard are NOT eligible for the Welcome Bonus and or other deposit bonuses unless otherwise stated in the offer.
If your bonus is not credited automatically, please contact Customer Care immediately so that we can credit the bonus for you manually. If the deposit has been played before the bonus is credited, we are not able to credit it to you.
Please allow up to five minutes for the bonus to be credited.
The deposit and bonuses are locked to the casino side until the wagering requirements are met.
Standard wagering of at least 35 (thirty-five) times applies to deposit bonuses, before the funds can be withdrawn or played on other products, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer or campaign. For example: If you deposit €10 and are credited a €10 bonus, so a total of €350 (€10 x 35) must be wagered for the bonus to be withdrawable.
Wagering requirements need to be fulfilled within 7 days since the bonus is credited, otherwise bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited.
Players from the following countries are not permitted to receive the first deposit bonus and or any deposit bonuses unless otherwise stated: Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Germany, Great Britain, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Lithuania, and Thailand.
Unless otherwise stated each offer is valid only during the promotion period given in the offer.

Bets on red and black simultaneously or similar hedging bets without risk with an active bonus is prohibited.
Playing with bonus funds is prohibited on the games listed here.
Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering conditions. However, the bonus amount and winnings will be forfeited.
For any bet, placed bets are deducted from the player’s cash balance. If no cash balance is available then the bet placed is deducted from the player’s bonus balance.
Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum bet allowed on any game is €5. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed. For example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black.
Your bonuses will be automatically forfeited if your bonus money account balance reaches €0.10
Any bonus can be removed prior to any wagering conditions being met. Please contact Guts.com support or use the forfeit button under the ‘My Account’ & ‘Bonuses’.
Only one bonus can be claimed at one time. Deposit related bonuses cannot be "stacked".
“Bonus Abuse” includes, but is not limited to:-
- Breach of terms and conditions of a bonus, free bets or any other promotional offer;
- allowing third party to place bets on account where there is an active bonus
- The opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses;
Where there is a reasonable suspicion that the Account Holder has committed or attempted to commit a bonus abuse, either on their own or as part of a group, Guts reserves the right to:-
- Forfeit the bonus allocated to the Account Holder and any winnings from that bonus, and/or
- Revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from the Account Holder, and/or
- Block an access to particular products, and/or
- Exclude the Account Holder from any future promotional offers, and/or
- Terminate the Account Holder’s account with immediate effect.
Winnings from "free spin" or "bonus" features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed.
Guts.com management reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behaviour.
Guts.com management have the right to update these rules at anytime.

2. Free Spin General Terms and Conditions:

Any winnings from free spins will be credited to your real money balance, no wagering required (unless stated otherwise).
For any free spins, you will have 24 hours in which to claim your free spins and 72 hours to play with them once claimed.
If a deposit is required to trigger the free spins, than to make a withdrawal the deposit has to be wagered at least one time.

3. General terms and conditions: Sportsbook bonus

100% Sports Bonus when you make a minimum deposit of €10.
The maximum bonus amount that will be awarded is €100.
The promotion period runs from 15/01/2024 at 12:00 CET until further notice.
The Sports Welcome Offer Bonus will expire 30 days after registration.
The Sports Bonus will be credited to your account once your first deposit is successful.
The Sports Bonus amount must be wagered 8 times on odds of 1.8 or greater before withdrawal.
If you're placing a combo the total odds must be equal to or greater than 1.8.
Players have 30 days to meet the wagering requirements.
The Sports Welcome Offer Bonus only applies to newly registered players who have yet to receive a Welcome Offer from Guts.
Only the players first deposit will be counted towards this promotion.
The Sports Welcome Offer Bonus can only be received once per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, IP addresses and environments where computers are shared (university, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
Deposits made with Paysafecard, Neteller or Skrill do not qualify for this promotion.
System bets, cashed out bets, bets on price boosts, free bets or virtual sports betting will not be counted towards the wagering requirements.
Voided bets will not count towards wagering requirements. Only settled bets will count towards meeting the wagering requirements.
Real money will be played first before the bonus money. Once real cash is depleted bonus money is used.
When you have real funds and bonus money in your balance your real funds will be used first.
The maximum bonus balance you can have on your account is €1,000.
The maximum bonus balance that can be converted to withdrawable cash is €1,000.
If you cancel your bonus, you will then lose your bonus and any winnings generated from your bonus.
Any withdrawals made prior to full completion of bonus wagering may result in full forfeit of the bonus as well as any accumulated funds and winnings from the bonus and deposit used to trigger/credit the bonus.
Any thresholds and limits set for real money are also valid for bonus money placement.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Guts do not allow ‘backing of both sides or betting on multiple selections within a market/fixture combination that unfairly releases bonuses and rewards. In market combinations that only have two or three potential outcomes (for example, football full-time result or over/under 2.5 goals), where you have placed bets on more than one potential outcome, either pre-match or in-play, only the individual selection with your highest cumulative stake will count towards rewards and bonus wagering. If you have placed two or more bets of equal size, then the first bet will count. In addition, this restriction also applies when you have placed bets on any market combinations that limit your overall risk. An example of such betting patterns would be if you place a bet of ‘Over 0.5 goals and an additional bet of ‘Correct score 0-0’.
If your account is closed, suspended, under investigation for any reason, if you are self-excluded or have an account that is limited in any other way, you are no longer eligible for any prizes.
Guts reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions for this promotion at any time.

Guts reserves the right to disqualify any player from this promotion.
Guts reserves the right to close an account and confiscate existing funds if there is evidence of abuse/fraud found.

Where there is a reasonable suspicion that a series of bets has been placed by a customer or group of customers which, due to a bonus, free bet or any other promotional offer, resultin guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, Guts reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and in its absolute discretion to settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets and/or void any bet funded by the bonus or bonus winnings.

From time to time, Guts may opt to conduct a phone verification of the customer account to verify details including but not limited to:
Name, Address, Email of the registered account holder, bet types, amounts and event details. Failure to satisfactorily complete this verification may result in the closing ofcustomer account and confiscation of any winnings.
