• The promoter of this THE FESTIVAL ONLINE LEADERBOARDS is Guts.
• Some “THE FESTIVAL ONLINE” Main Events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.
• Satellites will award auto registration tickets which can only be used in “THE FESTIVAL ONLINE” related tournaments during the Promotion Duration.
• ”€55 TFO MINI MAIN” and “€250 TFO MAIN EVENT” entry tickets expire on 11/03/2025 and are valid only in “THE FESTIVAL ONLINE” target tournaments.
• “€100 The Festival CZ [Mission]” entry tickets can only be used in The Festival Rozvadov Package Qualifiers running from (21/04/2025 –19/05/2025) and expire on 20/05/2025.
• “€XXX General Ticket” entry tickets expire 2 months after having been issued.
• To participate in the leaderboard part of this Promotion, players must opt in via the poker software once during the Promotion Period, as defined below.

• The Promotion consists of three leaderboards:
  • “MTT Challenge” Leaderboard
  • “Cash Game Challenge” Leaderboard
  • “Twister Challenge” Leaderboard

Points formula for the MTT Challenge Leaderboard (€5 - €500 Buy in) during the Promotion Period Promotion Period:

• Play a “THE FESTIVAL ONLINE” tournament to earn 2 leaderboard points.
• Knock out a player in a “THE FESTIVAL ONLINE” PKO tournament to earn 5 leaderboard points.
• Place in Top 20 in any “THE FESTIVAL ONLINE” tournament to earn 10 leaderboard points.
• Make it ITM in a “THE FESTIVAL ONLINE” tournament to earn 15 leaderboard points.
• Reach the Final Table in a “THE FESTIVAL ONLINE” tournament to earn 25 leaderboard points.
• Win a “THE FESTIVAL ONLINE” tournament to earn 50 leaderboard points.

Points formula for the Cash Game Challenge Leaderboard during the Promotion Period Promotion Period:

• Generate €1 rake in cash games to earn 1 leaderboard point (NLH and PLO €0.05/0.10 minimum blinds. Heads up tables excluded.)
• Points formula for the Twister Challenge Leaderboard (€1 - €200 Twister Buy in) during the Promotion Period Promotion Period:
• Earn points based on your multiplier on €1 to €200 Twister tables.
• “€100 The Festival CZ 2025 PKG” entry tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• “€100 The Festival CZ 2025 PKG” entry tickets expire on 20/05/2025.

General Terms

• If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Guts will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event.
• Guts will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
• It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.
• Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
• Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Guts shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers.
• For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Guts shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
• By playing The Festival in Rozvadov online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Rozvadov, in order to participate at The Festival in Rozvadov Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
• All seats for “The Festival in Rozvadov” won via an Online platform MUST be used in one of the destination tournaments “The Festival Main Event TX NL - Day 1X” from 11th to 16th June 2025 or “The Festival Main Event HORSES - Day 1” from 9th to 11th June 2025 (the “Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in another The Festival tournament from 6th June 2025 to 16th June 2025 in Rozvadov.
• Maximum amount of “The Festival in Rozvadov” packages that a player can win by qualifying via Online platform satellites: 1 per player during the Promotion Period. Once the player wins a package, he will be excluded from all the future package satellites during the Promotion Period. The player may still participate in Seat only satellites after winning a package.
• In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “The Festival Main Event TX NL - Day 1X” or ““The Festival Main Event HORSES - Day 1X”.
• The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required. Players will only be able to carry over one stack into “The Festival Main Event TX NL - Day 2” on 15th June 2025 or “The Festival Main Event HORSES - Day 2” on XX June 2025 should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Rozvadov.
• The tournaments The Festival Main Event TX NL - Day 1X” or ““The Festival Main Event HORSES - Day 1X” are played in “surrender mode” (players can choose to forfeit a stack that has qualified to day 2 and re-enter in another Day 1). If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, he has an option to:
• Transfer the ticket to another player at the location. Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.
• Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Guts.

• This promotion is not available to anyone residing in Ontario, Canada.
• All unused seats will be entered automatically into the Destination Tournament.
